Man Made Disasters

Former President George W. Bush's new book came out November 9th, 2010. Those who always hated him, continue in their vitriolic hatred. For those that want more info about the book, go here: http://www.randomhouse.com/crown/features/decision-points-by-george-w-bush/

The only issue the leftists seem to be clinging to, is the admission that he personally authorized waterboarding. And to that I say, "Bravo!" Because of this courageous man, we never had another attack on American soil since the 9-11 attack. Waterboarding is NOT torture. Hooking some jihadi's nuts to a car battery is torture. But if doing even that can save two or more American lives, then I say that would be worth it.

Since BHO became president, we have been hit several times by 'man made disasters' and some that happened but fizzled out due to the ineptness of the attacker and their methods.

In order of the attacks:

1. 2009 - June: Little Rock recruiting office shooting. Terrorist was Muslim convert Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad. The murdered: Private William Long of Conway, Arkansas. The wounded: Private Quinton Ezeagwula, 18, of Jacksonville, Arkansas

2. 2009 - September: New York, NY subway system. A terrorist plot was foiled at the last moment. Terrorists were young Muslim men: Adis Medunjanin, Najibullah Zazi and Zarein Ahmedzay. No deaths, no wounded.

3. November 2009: Fort Hood, Texas. The terrorist was Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan. The murdered: Michael Grant Cahill (civilian), Maj. Libardo Eduardo Caraveo, Staff Sergeant Justin Michael DeCrow, Captain John P. Gaffaney, Specialist Frederick Greene, Specialist Jason Dean Hunt, Staff Sergeant Amy Sue Krueger, PFC Aaron Thomas Nemelka, PFC Michael S. Pearson, Captain Russell Gilbert Seager, PFC Francheska Velez (and her unborn child), Lt. Col. Juanita L. Warman, PFC Kham See Xiong. The official tally says 13 murdered, but I count the unborn child of PFC Velez as 14 total. Wounded: 30 (too many to list here).

4. December 2009: Detroit, MI. The terrorist: Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, aka "the underwear bomber." No deaths, no wounded.

5. May 2010: New York's Times Square, NY. Terrorist: Faisal Shahzad, aka "Times Square Bomber." No deaths, no wounded.

The tally under BHO's watch: 15 dead, 31 wounded
The tally under W's watch: Zero!

Hmmm, me thinks that agressive questioning techniques work to keep Americans safe.
