Oh BHO! Can you be so perversely ignorant of Realpolitiks? You don't tell a potential enemy what you will or will not hit them back with if they should strike you! That is an invitation for an attack you moron. As president I would make sure the world knows that we maintain the means and the justification to reply to any attack with totally disproportionate responses. If you slap me, then I'll punch you. If you kick me in the gut, then I'll knife you. If you fly airplanes into my buildings, then I'll drop a nuclear bomb on Mecca and turn it into a parking lot that glows at night.
